m_dwUnionSelector
Specifies which transport protocol is active in the union:

TCPUDP (0x00000001): m_TcpUdp is active for TCP and UDP port filtering.
ICMP (0x00000002): m_Icmp is active for ICMP type and code filtering.

m_TcpUdp
A TCPUDP_FILTER structure defining source and destination port ranges.
