Parameters: hAdapter
Specifies WAN interface handle.
pLinks
Pointer to the user allocated RAS_LINKS structure.
Remarks:
Helper driver fills _RAS_LINKS with information about active WAN connections.
This member calls the filter driver with IOCTL_NDISRD_GET_RAS_LINKS control code (see details below).
