      I installed TDI based Firewall on the Windows Server 2008 R2 but it doesn’t
      work.
      There seems to be some limitations in using TDI based Firewall on the Windows
      Server 2008 R2.
      I want to use TDI filter instead of Windows Filtering Platform.
      How can I solve this problem?

        I think TDI driver you have installed just does not support Windows 7 and 2008 R2. You have to get an updated one.
