Google knows my real location/ip

I notice today that Google/Youtube display my real location after connecting to my vpn and clearing all cache/cookies, I tried using multiple browsers, I tired using the wireguard official client with no luck, then on top of my vpn connection I tried to connect to another vpn provider from browser plugin/extension but got the same issue, my webRTC and ipv6 is disabled, I tried all ip/DNS leakage test websites, no one was able to find my real ip/location but Google still showing my real country in the footer.
I noticed this today, previously google was showing my vpn server location

Anyone notice the same issue?
