i will release my software that create with winpkfilter soon and i’m not sure it can work with win XP SP2 becuase SP2 have many change about security but i don’t try it yet. any one know about it has any effect please tell me?

The latest WinpkFilter release is fully compatible with Windows XP SP2.

Does it mean, that older versions (2.3.x) will not work properly with SP2? I’m asking, because my free update-time ran out and after releasing SP2, my computer is loosing network connectivity (starts dropping every packet) sometimes, when using winpkfilter drivers. It happens randomly after some seconds/minutes/hours and in windows xp sp1 is everything fine. I have tried it on different configurations with the same result.
After disabling network connection in control panels and enabling it again, everything is ok.. for some time.

So.. Are versions older than 2.4.0 unable to run safely in xp sp2?

    Sorry for my English.

Yes, we are sorry. but older versions (before 2.4 series) may have problems when running on Windows XP SP2. It does not mean that you MUST have problems, but it is possible and depends of your software/hardware configuration.
